Yo yo yo!
Not much to say today! That may be a first...
My dogs have become increasingly clever in their subterfuge, I have had to put their toy box on the highest shelf and withold all treats to try and make them eat their boring food. I had to give them pedigree puppy pouches for a while when we ran out of their normal super healthy organic additive free dry food and now since we've put them back on it they are holding a starvation protest, little bastards. I managed to get them to eat today only by hand feeding them every single piece of kibble, which frankly I cannot be arsed with plus it only reinforces their inflated sense of self-importance. Why didn't I just get a hamster?
I ate a bag of flying saucers today - wow how nice are they? I'd forgotten, they look so crap just a bit of papery stuff with cheap sherbet inside, but yum yum yum!
Well I'm off to the shops tomorrow in le cite, how nice! I'm only meant to be buying a spring jacket and some skinny jeans and then doing another trip next week for summer basics and essentials, then waiting til Holly comes up hopefully next week to do all the fun shopping, and lunch dahlings of course! Maybe we'll go to Yo Sushi and have some overpriced wet FISH! Haha! Probably not.
Why are people buying those anya hindmarch bags on ebay for up to £400? Are they mental? Number one, it goes on sale in sainsbury's next week so wait and see if you can get one then for a fiver before looking on ebay, number two - so many sad people are going to have them that it'll hardly be worth the bother, it's not a cool bag if everyone has one is it? No.
Also, I have now seen pictures of Kate Moss's line for Topshop. As I predicted, 'tis shite. It's not that it's particularly bad, but it's not particularly good either. There's just nothing special about it, nothing to make it stand out or look in any way better than your usual topshop fare. People will buy it just because it has her name on it which frankly is the most tragic thing I can think of. Ok maybe not as tragic as the Madonna for H&M line. Do you know even the giles deacon at new look range isn't all that great, I like the polka dot dress, black pocket slouch dress and perspex bangle, everything else looks so cheap and nasty, especially those bloody tiger pendants everybody keeps harping on about. NASTY. And Nat agrees with me so we must be right, deal with it.
Right, time for a brew so I'm off, thought of quite a bit to say in the end didn't I?
TTFN!
Gem x
